| RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
We aim to do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please give us a call or email us so that we may have an opportunity to address your issue. You may return any unused merchandise to The 1760 House for a full refund. A Return Authorization (R/A) must be obtained within 30 days of purchase prior to sending the item back. Please call (866) 861-5272 (for US customers only) or email us at the1760house@yahoo.com for an R/A. Once you have obtained an R/A, you must send the merchandise back so that it arrives within 14 days of the R/A date. Any merchandise that is attempted to be returned without an R/A, or after the R/A has expired, will be rejected and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Merchandise being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in the return shipping.
SPECIAL ORDER items must be canceled within three (3) business days of purchase.
